It is so nice being just a couple hours away from family. We know it won't last, so we're trying to make the absolute best of it. So, the kids and I loaded up the car for Caleb's 2nd birthday party and headed up to VA to spend the day with them!
They had a fantastic crawfish boil and the kids had fun helping sort through the crawfish.
Brody was hesitant at first, but the big gloves helped him overcome.
Logan dove right in, too!
But the real fearless one was Lincoln who jumped right in, without gloves to help out.
He didn't even blink.
We had such a great time and are so thankful for little opportunities to do things like this while we can. We look forward to our next family get together!!
