Happy First Birthday To You!

Happy birthday to you sweet little girl!

You have been on this earth for a whole year now! Here's what you're up to:

- You have four teeth, two on the bottom, two on the top and you're LOVING chewing your food with those four teeth! Your top canine teeth are about to pop through, too. We can't seem to catch a teething break.

- You wear size 4 diapers (again, usually you're in cloth, so we don't see much of those)

- You wear size 12 month shirts, 18 month pants, 18 month and 2T PJ's depending on what brand we've got BUT you still are in 3-6 month shoes- you have itty bitty feet like your momma!

- You smile all the time, we know you aren't feeling well if you haven't flashed a billion smiles in an hour. You are a very happy little girl and are always content.

- We've pretty much switched you to table food now since you eat so much better when you're sharing a plate with mommy. So far, you've loved everything we have given you!

- You started taking a sippy cup of whole cow's milk in the morning and afternoon.

- You started REALLY motoring around on your first birthday. You had taken about 4-5 steps before that but we started getting long lines of walking on your actual birthday-it was SO fun!

- You can say several words: bye bye, night night, mama, daddy, go, no, yeah.

You're just the light of our eyes and we love you so much! If you could just slow down on getting older, that would be great. :)

Logan got to have a whole cup of ice cream for her birthday since we didn't have cake (I didn't want it to make her sick and then not have it for her party):

We had such a great day and we SO look forward to many more years with our girl!
